Management Buy Out sees former Managing Director Darren Shorrocks take full control of Cendres Métaux UK Ltd.
As of 1st January 2020 Swiss precision parts manufacturer Cendres Métaux UK Ltd will be know as Ceramet UK Dental Solutions Ltd. The company, which supplies precision parts to both the dental and medical profession, has sold a 100% share holding in its entire UK division to former Managing Director Darren Shorrocks.
Cendres Métaux CEO Ronald J. Lenzeder commented: “This new venture will allow Darren and his team to focus more strongly on local challenges, as customer proximity and agility are particularly important in times of new economic framework conditions. It will see the new UK company become far more flexible and agile in servicing the specific needs of clients in both the UK and Ireland and as Ceramet will be sole distributors for Cendres Métaux in the UK, it’s a win win situation for customers and all parties involved”.
